RESPECT WORKS BOTH WAYS
We are respectful to all involved in our industry. Tradesman, suppliers, clients, wholesalers, retailers, delivery drivers etc. Everybody counts and everybody has a role to play, be it big or small.
ALWAYS BE SINCERE
We are sincere and have an inclusive approach to building. It is never about how we can take advantage of a tradesman or client. We are trying to help them enjoy their time working with us. We are working for them.
DON'T LEAVE THINGS TO CHANCE
Never assume anything is done perfectly. Monitor, review and check always. Just because something has been ordered or a trade has completed their job does not mean it is right. Use any spare time to double check work and find any minor issues before they become big problems. Quality falls in our hands.
ATTITUDE MATTERS MORE THAN SKILL
We expect that all tradesmen and staff have a no fuss attitude and are prepared to work hard. Excuses can be left at the door.
CLIENT EXPERIENCE IS PARAMOUNT
We cannot lose sight of the fact customer service is paramount and sets us apart from the opposition. Customers are not always right, but they always come first.
